Kid President makes an appearance at Arts Fest, DePaul’s first annual showcase of creativity, proving that art is part of everyday life for everyone. The Lincoln Park Student Center will come alive with striking visual displays and thought-provoking conversations that spark connection and curiosity. Rooted in DePaul’s spirit of We Major in You, the festival invites the community to experience the transformative power of the arts in bold, unforgettable ways.

As part of the weekend's festivities, an Arts Fest-specific event will be held at the Student Center on Sunday, October 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering another opportunity to showcase the arts to a wide audience gathered for Alumni and Family Weekend.

The Atlanta Children's Film Festival promotes positive, educational, and entertaining children's and family-oriented films. This educational and fun film festival is two weeks of eye-opening and exciting activities which include film screenings, media literacy and video production workshops for children, teens and independent producers. This festival is produced and presented by KVC, a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational media arts organization that specializes in teaching youth media literacy, video production and communication skills.

Anim!Arte, located in São Paolo, Brazil, features animated student short films from across the globe over the course of a week in October. The SUNY Niagara Film & Animation Festival is an annual event, held each spring on the college’s Sanborn campus. The festival brings together filmmakers and animation artists from all over Western New York and beyond. Topping the SUNY Niagara Film & Animation Festival is an international film competition, in which awards are given to filmmakers in a variety of categories.

From April 7–13, 2025, The Athens International Film + Video Festival (AIFVF) will present its 52nd edition, showcasing over 200 films from more than 58 countries at the historic Athena Cinema in uptown Athens, OH. Kid President will be playing alongside other animated shorts as part of the “Saturday Morning Cartoons” block.

The 19th festival opens March 28-30, 2025 at WonderCon at the Anaheim Convention Center, then travels to the James Bridges Theater on the UCLA campus on May 10 and The Yard Theater in East Hollywood on May 25. More than 130 short films - live action, animation, documentary - produced worldwide by filmmakers of all ages.

Kid President is screening at the Vermont Animation Festival’s r tenth year! We will kick off this years’ screenings, workshops, and artist talks on Friday, March 28th. 2025 events include workshops for both beginner and experienced animators, a screening of student films, and an Artist Talk by Hayley Morris. The Vermont Animation Festival is hosted by Vermont State University - Lyndon in partnership with Catamount Arts.
