Kid President plays alongside a group of incredible animated shorts at the 28th edition of the Brooklyn Film Festival! “PAUSE” is the theme of the 28th Brooklyn Film Festival. In a world of distractions – popping notifications, infinite scroll with fabricated truths, content that demands constant attention – what if the solution isn’t more noise, but a Pause? The 28th BFF plans to grab the audience attention amongst the chaos and underscore the relief associated with smart, honest, quality screen time and the clarity that comes from taking a break, finding focus, and tuning in.

The SUNY Niagara Film & Animation Festival is an annual event, held each spring on the college’s Sanborn campus. The festival brings together filmmakers and animation artists from all over Western New York and beyond. Topping the SUNY Niagara Film & Animation Festival is an international film competition, in which awards are given to filmmakers in a variety of categories.

Each year, RiverRun presents our own version of Saturday Morning Cartoons to our young audiences. We search high and low for the best new animated shorts that we think will appeal to both children andadults alike. This year, we have a wide array of films encompassing many different interesting animation techniques and stories. Our Saturday Morning Cartoons truly have a little something for all ages!

From April 7–13, 2025, The Athens International Film + Video Festival (AIFVF) will present its 52nd edition, showcasing over 200 films from more than 58 countries at the historic Athena Cinema in uptown Athens, OH. Kid President will be playing alongside other animated shorts as part of the “Saturday Morning Cartoons” block.

The 19th festival opens March 28-30, 2025 at WonderCon at the Anaheim Convention Center, then travels to the James Bridges Theater on the UCLA campus on May 10 and The Yard Theater in East Hollywood on May 25. More than 130 short films - live action, animation, documentary - produced worldwide by filmmakers of all ages.

Kid President is screening at the Vermont Animation Festival’s r tenth year! We will kick off this years’ screenings, workshops, and artist talks on Friday, March 28th. 2025 events include workshops for both beginner and experienced animators, a screening of student films, and an Artist Talk by Hayley Morris. The Vermont Animation Festival is hosted by Vermont State University - Lyndon in partnership with Catamount Arts.
